2 Brothers Mattress promise’s you’ll love the sleep you get on your new mattress or we will exchange it within 100 Nights.
Sleep on your new mattress at least 30 nights before exchanging. It may take 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Some mattresses also take time to break in. Talk to your sales associate for more on breaking in your mattress.
- The mattress is exchanged only, no refunds.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on pillows, adjustable beds, mattress protectors, bedding, special orders, floor models, and/or other accessories.
- If you select a mattress of lesser value, we will refund up to $500. If you select a mattress of greater value, you pay the difference.
- The exchange should be done with the original sales person.
- All exchanged mattresses must be free from stains, smoke and other odors or trial is voided. All law labels must remain attached.
- A $59 re-delivery fee will apply.
